By far the best experience I've ever had. I have a large, high aniexty/protective dog. I have never had a vet handle her or care for her so well. From my first phone call the staff listened, they heard what i had to say about how to approach my dog (shes large and intimidating but once shown love and trust shes a sweetheart) this team truly exceeded my expectations. Dr Jogender Panesar, Dr Patel, Nikita, Nicole, everyone here is a gem of a person. Very empathetic, professional and humane. They helped me save my Elsa. When my cat Elsa was dying, and I had no hope, they treated Elsa with utmost care. Even after I moved to Ottawa, Dr Panesar helped me find a very good veterinarian in Ottawa. Amazing staff, helped my fiancé and I when we were in a bind and our vet was completely sold out of our cats medicated food. Would recommend them to any and everyone and are looking at moving our pets to this vet office as well.

The reception staff was extremely pleasant, and the veterinarian was also extremely kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. The prices are very fair, and they are very good with accommodating visits on little notice.
Such kind and caring staff, they love my dog almost as much as I do and that's a lot!
